After Ware’s dismal display against Waltham Abbey on Tuesday evening Ware bounced back with an emphatic 4-0 victory over Romford and even had the luxury of having a penalty saved, this was Ware very near their best form scoring four superb goals and should have been many more, the proceedings kicked off with Ware on the offensive right from the start with Michael Deane, Albert Adu, and Murat Karagul combining to put in Kieran Bishop whose shot was blocked but Bishop was not to be denied he ran on to a through ball outstripping the Romford defence and then pulled the ball back and smashed a shot past the keeper giving him no chance to put Ware 1-0 ahead in the 6th minute, Murat Karagul then passed to Ryan Wade whose side foot pass found Khale Dacosta and his run and shot was deflected out for a corner, Ryan Wade took the corner with Albert Adu’s shot being blocked he picked up the rebound and his shot was again blocked by the Romford defence and cleared.
Romford had one of the their few chances when Ryan Wade cleared a corner taken by Abs Seymour then Kieran Bishop showed his pace when outstripping the Romford defence but the Romford keeper Aaron Omand only just beat Bishop in the nick of time to kick the ball out for a throw in and then in the 26th minute Ware were awarded a penalty after Albert Adu was brought down in the box, up stepped Ryan Wade who placed the ball to the keepers left hand side and Aaron Omand made a fine save to deny Wade and keep Romford in the game, back came Romford when a Abs Seymour free kick was well saved by Rhys Madden in the Ware goal.
Ware then had a couple of chances with Ryan Wade and then Albert Ad both having shots saved by the keeper, and then in the 44th minute Ware took the lead when a Ryan Wade cross was superbly headed home just underneath the bar from outside the box giving the keeper no chance at all and put Ware 2-0 at the end of the first half.
Half-Time: Ware 2-0 Romford.
Ware came out at the start of the second half and immediately put Romford under pressure with a Ryan Wade free kick to Lee White at the back post saw White head just over the bar and then Murat Karagul put an effort over the bar from an acute angle and in the 55th minute Kieran Bishop scored his second goal netting from close range to put Ware 3-0 ahead, straight from the kick off Abs Seymour attacked down the left flank and passed to Ryan Imbert whose run and shot was saved by Rhys Madden in the 59th minute Ware wrapped up the points when Murat Karagul passed to Kieran Bishop his pace took him to the edge of the Romford box his shot was blocked and ran out wide to the left hand side then Murat Karagul picked the ball up and ran at the defence and from an angle unleashed an unstoppable shot that saw the ball fly into the net and increase Ware’s lead to 4-0.
Romford still played on and had three efforts at goal with a Ryan Imbert shot being saved low down by Rhys Madden and then an Abs Seymour shot that went over the bar and finally an Eddie Hart effort that was also saved low down by Rhys Madden the final effort of the half fell to Ajet Shehu who headed wide from a Mickey Clark corner.
At the final whistle Ware ran out comfortable winners by 4-0.
