Ware suffered an all too familiar fate when their finishing let them down once again and if they had taken their chances would have scored a hatful of goals and bagged three points.

Another chance fell again to Michael Deane from a Murat Karagul corner with him failing to connect with the ball and the keeper gathered comfortably.
Both teams had settled down and played some good football with Lee White, Marcus Milner, Albert Adu and Michael Deane in good form for Ware and Kris Newby, Lawrence Yiga, Jake Reed and Craig Pope all doing their bit for AFC Sudbury.
Lawrence Yiga had a goal disallowed for offside in the box, and then Kieran Bishop and Albert Adu combined for Ryan Hervel to shoot at goal but his powerful shot was blocked, soon after AFC Sudbury’s Jake Reed led a counter attack and was through one on one and his shot was blocked by Rhys Madden with the ball running out of play for a corner, the ball from the ensuing corner was caught by Madden in the Ware goal.
Another chance for AFC Sudbury fell to Jordan Blackwell and his shot was saved by Rhys Madden and from the clearance Michael Deane picked up the ball and his run and cross from the wing was met by Kieran Bishop who fired home low inside the near post to put Ware 1-0 ahead in the 30th minute.
At the half time whistle Ware went in leading 1-0.
Half-Time Ware 1-0 AFC Sudbury.
Early in the second half Ware had the chance to increase their lead when Murat Karagul put Kieran Bishop through and with a one on one with the keeper hit his shot wide of the goal, then some excellent combination play involving Ryan Hervel, Albert Adu, Macus Milner and again Albert Adu who eventually shot wide of the target.
AFC Sudbury then had Jake Reed put in a superb cross that Sam Clarke headed over the bar, and then Ware’s Lee White cleared the ball which fell to Kieran Bishop and before Kieran Bishop could react keeper Alex Archer saved at his feet.
Soon after AFC Sudbury scored a deserved equalizer in the 63rd minute when Kris Newby crossed and Jake Reed headed the ball up into the air and the ball fell tamely past Rhys Madden in the Ware goal to level the score at 1-1.
Ware came back with Albert Adu firing wide from a Michael Deane cross and then Finbarr Robins, Marcus Milner and Khale Dacosta combined with the latter firing into the side netting and then the same trio provided a cross into the box in which Michael Deane just failed to get a touch to with the ball running out for a goal kick.
As the game continued towards the end AFC Sudbury a chance through Jake Reed who directed his header straight into the hands of Rhys Madden, and a Ware chance from a Michael Deane corner that saw keeper Alex Archer palm over the bar a header from Lee White.
